My name is Kim Kibble, owner of Kim Fit Personal Training in Cleveland, Tennessee. I have been a personal fitness trainer for 9 years. My clients range in age from 10 years old to 90.  I love working in my community to teach people to exercise in a personalized setting and I'm impassioned with the entire area of health, fitness and wellness.  My goal each week is to design workouts to keep my clients motivated and to enjoy exercise. The more variety of exercises your body gets is the key to continue getting results.  Many people exercise for a while, but the results come too slowly, so they stop and go looking for something easier.  What they don't realize is that if they had just stuck with it a little longer, they could have reached their goals and reaped the rewards of healthful living.
